Perguntas mais frequentes: FAQ
Abaixo estão algumas cositas que todos querem saber...in English!!
1-What if I don't speak any English?
This is fine, from the moment you reach the airport in the U.K until you go home, we will be on hand to ensure you have a safe, enyoyable, worthwhile stay and hopefully improve your English for you too! You will find that your English improves quickly once you are in the UK and practising your English every day.
2-Can I share a room with my friend?
Yes, this can be arranged when you book the course with us. We have single, twin and 3-4 bedded rooms.
3-How much pocket money should I bring with me?
This is really up to you, however we recommend no more than £50 per week as all drinks and meals are already included.
4- there a place I can keep my valuables safe at the school?
Yes, there is a safe where the course director can keep your pocket money, passport, flight ticket and all other valuables for you during your stay.
5-What if I get hungry - is there a shop where I can buy food and drinks from?
Yes, there is a shop where you can buy drinks and snacks every day should you wish. The shop also sells toothbrushes, phone cards, power socket adapters - just in case you forget to bring something!
6-If I am finding the English lessons difficult, can I change my learning level?
Yes, you can. Your teacher will monitor your progress carefully and can move you to a different learning level at any time that is right for you.
7-Is there internet access at the school?
Yes, there is the opportunity to use the internet every day at the school, supervised by our staff.
8-What if I don't feel very well?
We have a school nurse on-site and also good links with the local doctor and hospital should you need to visit them. Students who have any medication should bring this with them in correctly labelled packaging which clearly states doses and times of administration.
The only types of medication the students should carry themselves are:
- Epipens for severe allergies
- Insulin pens
- 'Reliever' inhalers
9-What items should I bring with me?
- Casual clothes for everyday wear
- Warm sweaters
- Something to wear at a party
- Waterproof walking shoes
- A warm coat/jacket (preferably waterproof)
Nossa reunião final será no dia 05 de julho às 17:30 só para os alunos, e 19:00 os pais podem chegar para revisarmos todos os documentos.
Talk to ya soon!!!!
